Reid Collins had one of those “radio” voices. Pardon me, he had an amazing radio voice. A deep, nuanced, incredable radio voice. A voice you would never suspect capable of coming from the narrow-framed, skinny as a reed, Reid Collins.
Perhaps that voice was the product of the product Reid had every day for lunch. This barely one hundred pound human drank his lunch. Not what you’re thinking…It was a liquid diet drink. One day I screwed up the courage and confronted him. I asked, why such a skinny guy would constanty feel the need to contunually consume nothing but liqud diet drinks. He looked at me, as if I had gone daft.
